Pumpkin Spice Granola [My recipe]
- 1 1/2 C oats
- 1 1/2 C puffed rice (or wheat)
- 1/4 C chopped walnuts
- 1/4 C chopped pecans
- 1/4 C raisins
- 1/4 C dried cranberries
- 1/2 C pumpkin
- 3 T sugar free maple syrup
- 3 T applesauce
- 1 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 C chocolate chips
