Merry [day after] Christmas! I hope Christmas treated you well! It sure did me!
On Christmas, I was able to go for a short run OUTSIDE! I ran only 4.4 miles but did it in under 40 minutes at 8:24/mile. I added sprints throughout the entire run, which totally kicked my butt. My chest was already incredibly congested from being sick and in combination with the chilly air, I was a wheezy mess. I’m not talkin’ Lil Wayne.
