Hi!
How about workin’ that body real fast? I promise, no matter how you’re feeling, you’ll be glad you did!
I had an incredibly long day, so I came home and tried to complete the following three workouts as quickly as I could!
Amanda Russell’s “Hot Body Workout” 
  • Left leg lunge and squat (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Sumo squat jumps (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Right leg lunge and squat (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Sumo squat jumps (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Low ab leg lifts (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Sumo squat jumps (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Ab get-ups (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Sumo squat jumps(50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Super hero push ups (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
  • Sumo squat jumps (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)

Quick arm workout

  • 10 mountain climbers (each leg)
  • 10 lateral raises
  • 10 side raises
  • 10 triceps kick-backs
  • 10 dumbell presses
  • 10 floor jax
