Think you can do 100 burpess? Pushups? Squats?

This little workout I did the other day @ home because I just really didn’t want to:

a. run

b. leave the house

c. be seen at the gym

d. drive

So, I had to do something, and something I did.

The workout took me exactly 45 minutes, doing the circuit 10 times.

People, that’s 100 of each exercise (some 200 = 100/side).

Get at it.
